I bought a VW ID. three in June 2021. The car drives wonderfully, but the infotainment system is a disaster. Changing the climate setting or the navigator distracts rom driving and is dangerous. On 14/092022 I have received an invitation by VW to change the 12 V battery and update the WiFi. I bought the car from CarPoint Rome and up to now (12/11/2022) CarPoint cannot give me a date for when it is possible to provide the service.

I have been trying to resolve a serious issue. I purchased a vw at Ourisman Vw of Rockville md over 29nths ago I paid cash. I haven't received my plates and registration as I live in NJ. You cannot call them as they do not answer phone or left messages. I contacted VW in the states, and to no avail. This is a very poor representation. Of VW. I have owned several in the past and ready to rid of this one as there is no customer service. Can you assist in this matter.

I am in the UK and have a VW ARTEON which I bought from new in January 2020 and since last July my SAT NAV and Audio and now Adaptive cruise control have failed on many occasions. The company I purchased from is the Vindis Group and they are unable to rectify the problem and keep saying that they are waiting for new software to be written. I have spoken to many people at VINDIS without success and now I will be contacting VW direct because I have lost all faith in my car. I am desperate for help because each time I take a long trip, at least once a month my Sat Nav fails and Audio and so do other things like sos emergency call failed, road sign reading not working, adaptive cruise control inactive.

What I feel. This vehicle is a beautiful sedan. It looks like a newly engaged girl for wedding. Very comfortable. When problem are there in the car no service provider is able to detect and resolve the issues raised by the car- owner. Vehicle goes to service centeres comes from service centeres. Problem persists there till the life of car ends to cardio vascular failure. Manufacturing unit claims to maintain *STATE OF THE ART*. This is a mirage only. Regards.

I habe nun mein zweiter Golf GTI seit 2015 und musste meine beiden Halogen Lampen wechseln und war total geschockt das ich $ 500 bezahlen muss um zwei Gluehbirnen auszuwechseln. I am waiting to get real justice and not hogwash which I have been getting from your India Division, courtesy, Harish Varma, Head of Sales Quality, after admitting to the fact that the dealership forged my signatures, created a false document, tried to fleece me of my deposit money, in the end all he said was enjoy riding the car, sorry for the inconvenience caused, and told me to go to court.

I love my 2015 Golf DSG (S) TDI. But sad the situation came down to diesel gate. I intend to take the buy back. My car is in pristine condition,, but there is no more money in the buy back for a clean car than a rough car. That is unfair. My car is low miles. Now only has about 2, 800 miles. I want to buy another VW Golf in the future, if I can get a good price. My first VW was a 2003 Golf five speed. GSL

I have a 2014 VW golf seven 1. 4TSi DSG, and it gave me problem with the gearbox, and i took it to the dealership and they realised the mechatronics in the gearbox is faulty and there were fillings in the gearbox, they say they need to replace the whole gearbox and they have ordered parts which will take 21 days to arrive in South Africa, Johannesburg. I asked the dealer to provide me with a loan car in the mean tile, while they figure out what to do with the vehicle, however im told they do not have cars, so they cannot help me
This is upsetting to hear that VW cant help with getting me a loan car while the gearbox fault is being attended to. I wouldn't have minded if it was just two day, for a month i can not, not be mobile

Em Julho de 2005 comprei um Passat Highline 2. 0 TDI. Em Novembro de 2015 o motor partiu uma corrente da bomba de óleo que está localizada no cárter e que nunca é verificada em nenhuma manutenção. Foi o veículo enviado para o representante onde tinha sido adquirido e que constatou o que se tinha passado. Quando falamos em garantia. Sabe o carro já tem ten anos e etc. Etc. Resumindo, nada resolveram e a solução foi recomendarem a colocação de motor novo (?) pago pelo cliente. Claro que o cliente. VW nunca mais .

Dear Vw authority, i am writing to inform you about the management problem of which I have been faced in ankara and turkey. By the way I have been driving Vw cars since 2003 ( Passat and caddy). Since three weeks I have been trying to change my current caddy with the new one. The particular color I have chosen is not available in ankara. So I managed to find one in one of dealer based in Istanbul ( Maslak dealer). After reserving that car on 28 May 2016, i have applied to the dealer based in ankara ( Cankaya dogus) asking them to transfer my car from Istanbul to ankara whete I live. But I have been told by both dealer that I should go to Istanbul to buy my car. Means I have to travel 500km and agains come back another 500km I wonder why the Vw being largest distributor network in the world can not deliver my car where I live Could you please enlighten me about this "mismanagement" of the distributor based in Turkey. I would like to complain again, i complained two weeks ago, and my car was taken in for fixing, and i was given a courtesy car for one week, and yesterday it was returned agin not fixed, so i sent it back, but my problem is im tired of the same problem being unfixed. If i do not get help from you, i will take it up with VW Germany and also go to the newspapers. If they cant fix the car why not give me a new car? I drive a 2013 polo hatchback comfortline which i bought brand new and i service every time, now my warranty will expire and my problem is unfixed. The car is faulty, they cant find the problem at Mccarthy VW parow, i once complained to you, got a call from the agent, now im tired of this dissapointment, please intervene. Its a rattling sound from the engine and it doesnt go away, and the dealer has brought the car back four times with the problem still there.
