Poblacion muntinlupa chowking branch is so annoying and disgusting. Brewed coffee is like tea. I cant drink their coffee since i am a coffee lover so i know if its really brewed or not. When I asked the crew to refund my order, no actions were made. I even went to the same manager on duty again to clarify everything, but instead of addressing me the issue in a well mannered approach I guessed he raised a bit of his voice even that the costumers hears everything we are discussing. I just do not know if he wants everyone to know that he is superior. I'm sorry, but I see him as an arrogant manager for that matter. To continue, he refunded the amount, but he didn't give me receipts. I also asked it, but he told he can not give it anymore because twas more than two minutes passed when I asked to refund, but considering when the ordered came wrongly in to our table I immediately asked the crew to have it refunded. I just do not understand that rule in refunding items. And the worst scenario is he didn't even asked for an apology for everything that happened. He even let us go with a bad dining experienced??. It was just hopeless and sad thing. If only that manager stands on our foot.

It was my 2nd time to dine at Chowking-Tanza Junction Tuguegarao City dinner time, during our first visit of the same time (7:45 pm) was no available soda. Because my husband do not drink any just a coke. I ask the manager named Hermes why it's not available and he told me they was waiting for the delivery. Believing him I just leave as it is and just ordered for bottled water. Now, here we are again for our dinner, the same things happens again. NO SODA AVAILABLE. I didn't ask the manager anymore because it will just upset me more. The same thing I just ordered bottled of water. Hoping to have a good dinning experience this time, but it turns to be our worst and even decided not to visit this branch again including my entire family. If you could ask me why. First, it was clear that I ordered SSP meal only w/out drinks, but just a bottle of water since they do not have soda,, but what was delivered is SSP Lrt, so I asked the dining crew to changed it and have my order be refunded. I just feel the necessity to bring this matter to your attention because this is already a repeated act by some of chowking branches. Before we totally decide never to eat at any of your stores anymore. Just a warning, my complain is also the complain of many. Don't let it come into worse. This is about number 1. Your chopsuey, that are served with just cabbage, without even a pinch of liver, shrimp and chicharo. Pag minalas pa, wala rin young corn, kung meron man, 1/4 lang na two pcs. One of my fave sana ang chopsuey kasi healthy food supposed to be. Pati sauce or sabaw niya malayo sa creamy taste that i used to have at chowking. No. two your drinks are so strong, with acid. I can say it cause once i drunk you softdrinks, i have crumps immediately. Hindi mawawal hanggat di ako turukan ng doctor to relieve the pain. I ordered once in your store, I did not pay and I had all the orders be returned to your store. Sorry for some customers na nahihiya magsoli, at magngitngit na lang.

Dear Chowking Customer Service Dept. I am scribbling this note simply to commend your service crews assigned in Robinson's Forum Pioneer, Mandaluyong outlet. I dined there for the first time last Saturday, May 14, 2016 at round 6:00pm to 7:00pm and I was impressed and very much satisfied with the customer service I received and the services rendered by your service crews particularly one of your female crews assigned in the dining area. She comply immediately with my request for a condiment and service water and even asked me when what do I need when she saw me asking me for a gravy refill for my Chowking Chinese chicken. One of your male service crews also was quick to respond and politely asked me if I need to have a water refill when he saw that my water glass is almost empty. This might be menial to some customers, but I for me it is of high value and it reflects that your crews as per their performance are well trained and possess the right customer service skills.
