I have a friend living in Malaysia. She says she cannot leave Malaysia because of a debt and with the pandemic she cannot support herself there and her quality of life, as well as her health, has digressed immeasurably. Can this be true? That a humanitarian situation such as this can occur in Malaysia? I am at a loss here I can not believe that the Malaysian authorities would let an elderly (62) woman die in their country because she owes a bill that resulted from Covid-19 misfortunes. Is the Malaysian Department of Immigration beyond reproach with this kind of matter? Will the Malaysian Department of Immigration address this issue and provide answers to my questions? I am a Singaporean coming back from Kuantan yesterday after visting my brother and sister. In the afternoon, it was raining. My shoes were wet after alighing from the bus from Larkim. While I was using the escalator going up to the Johore exit immigration counter area, I fell on it because of my slippery shoes. The rolling down on the escalator hurts me. It caused a small cut on the back of my head with breeding. The counter officer was very helpful and he quickly directed me to the duty officer who immidately called for first-aid to come. Your first-aid team arrived and performed first aid professionaly stopping the bleeding. This enabled me to contitute my journey to Singapore. I was really gratefull for the timely and expert help rendered to me from your your officers. I therefore wish to express my sincere thanks to all your duty officers and the First-Aid Team helping me in the accident. With warmest regards

I started the application of val since 22-4-2016 and at the end of the day the application was denied after four months of holding my document with the reason that my passport validity is less than one year. Given the fact that the that passport will be exping by july 2017, i expected them to at least approve it with visa of six months to enable me start my MBA program this September. What hots me the most is that i obtained my degree in malaysia here and was supposed to start my MBA on may, but missed out due to the delay in the VAL approval and now, am about to miss out on the September section too. For God sake, can you please reconsider and give me six months visa approval so that i can study fast and go back home to get a good job and make myself and my family proud. Note that i have already applied for a new passport, but the embarcy maching if forlty and do not know when they will fix it.

I would like to thank all the staff those who work at UTC JB Galleria @ Kotaraya. (immigration office). On 7. 8. 16 I went together with 23 member from my family member to took passport due to attend funeral at Singapura. She spoke to one Malay lady and did explain to her regarding funeral and show her the death certificate. Immediately she went to discuss with the higher officer. All the staff did a good job and help us a lot. Within three hours all got thier passport. It's showing their service is very good. They give priority to elder and treat them is nicely. My entire family from Kuala Lumpur. I REALLY RESPECT THEM. THIS THANK TO EVERYONE FROM MY ENTIRE FAMILY. My siri borang : MG1G804365.

Hello Sir,
I am MdSaifulIslam. I visited in Malaysia in 2014 and i stayed there seven days. I also applied at December in 2015, but i did not get in Malaysia Visa. When I went to Malaysia High Commission at Dhaka in Bangladesh for knowing why I could not get visa and then i know that i am suspect list in Malaysian Authority. It is absolutely wrong decision to me. Last time I visited in Malaysia as a Tourist in my family. My all family members are getting the Malaysia visa, but I am suspect Why?
