I am writing on behalf of Teresa Pereira(her English is not good enough to write) who had a panic attack when locked out of her house on Tuesday 27 November 2018 (around 11am-12noon) and a passer-by called you. There was an immediate response and she was supported for a good number of hours, particularly by one, extremely kind, helpful policeman who knew how to respond to a panic attack, (she didn't take his name). She wishes to thank you all, and particularly that young policeman, for giving her back her (and my) faith in the local police. Gill Ornstein
