I didn't get my paper today, When I got a hold of the carrier he told me he stopped delivering papers on the 18th, today was the 22nd, I contacted DDN, the customer service rep told me since it was after 10:00am they would't deliver a paper today and she would give me a credit, I told her I didn't want a credit, I was never told about a 10:00am policy and I wanted my paper, she said she would submit a request to see if she couldn't get me a courtesy delivery, since I didn't get a courtesy call, I doubt seriously that I will get a paper, there were things DDN could have done to improve this experience. Notify me of my courier status, and the policy if my paper didn't arrive on time, just to send a new courier to homes also puts the them at risk by not notifying the customer, (this can not be the first time this has been said), There should be somewhere I can go to get a paper if it's after the time frame. If my paper doesn't arrive today, I will probably cancel my subscription.
