What can you do when COACH customer service fails you NOTHING
Trying to get in touch with someone other than customer service is impossible. Only alternative is write a letter, send it snail mail and hope for the best. I have a problem with an order I never received, a merchandise credit I could not use even after being issues a card twice because it would deactivate upon use, then a third merchandise credit that never arrived. Did I mention the call back from a supervisor I never got. What answer did I get from customer service oops sorry we forgot to send it we will send it again. What alternative was I offered order over the phone numberw. After waiting five months neither appeals to me. Who can I complain to NO ONE, but customer service and the supervisor I was finally able to get on the phone who only gave the standard answers offered no alternatives. For a long time customer who was frustrated at the amount of time it has taken to get a simple credit this is not acceptable.
