Very worst service of Amazon in delivery of the orders. And wrong information updating in tracking. It may chance for do the fraud things. We have raised one order stpt313265543 on 02. 02. 2023 and supposed to deliver on 06. 02. 2023. Till 07. 02. 2023 it was out for delivery four times, but package was not delivered. With this understood that there is some fraud is going on.

I ordered reelme nazro 50a(oxyzengreen 4gb ram, 64 GB storage). Yesterday they given in status as "today 9pm arraiving to your location", but till now i didn't receive and now it is showing refund process due to customer not accepting the product and payment already done. How the customer deney the product by advance payment done by the customer. I tried to talk with c. Care people, but no use at the same time very irresponsible behavier of delivery boy. He can make a cal atleast.

some items in your order are not deliverable to the selected address and sorry this item cannot be shipped to your selected address" and not going to the payment option. Please upgrade your customer care to speak with an agent/ officer. There is no option to speak with your customer care officer. This is a very hopeless system, upgrade for the convenience of customers.

The product I purchased was due for delivery yesterday. I was waiting all day for the delivery till 8. 15 pm. I went for my job. The delivery boy came at 8. 30pm. The product is held for delivery. At Least, call before delivering. This is a minimum responsibility to check for your customer availability. There is no number left with me to call back and inform. Even the number 040 40005111 is not working. Kindly, work on it. Poor service.
