I received an air fryer that said it was a SF301, but inside the box that said that was a less expensive air fryer. Amazon should NEVER allow that. NOW, I am stuck at home waiting for UPS to pick it up before I can get my refund. I understand your getting it, but it sure has messed up our plans for today.

My grandson graduated from U W Madison WI university in August. He went to apply at your facility in New Berlin WI For a Driver. His filled out all your paper work was given his uniform. He was called in for a interview at 8 am 3 1/2 weeks just to be told there wasn’t anyone there to do the interview. Twice now he was told to be at the same facility at 5 am for training he showed and was told there isn’t anyone there to train. I find this a poor way to run a business. I see all these ads that you need help. Can he change facility’s to work and have his paper work and his on line test transfer there. I’m very frustrated with Amazon. This doesn’t portray a very healthy strong images of Amazon. His living with me , he wants to work. College Graduate with very good grades. And his being treated like a second class citizen . I spoke with agent Ray on 9-14-22. He is the manager and stated that since I have not renewed my student membership, my account was automatically renewed to the regular 14. 99 membership, without my permission, my card has been charged since Oct 2020. I have been paying 14. 99 without my permission. And to add insult to injury, He laughs on the phone with another agent while I am on the phone. I asked for his ID number he refused, he also refused to transfer my call to another manager. He stated I am unable to go any further then he, I must call back and speak to someone else, he will not transfer my call. This is the most disturbing and disgusting customer service I have ever experienced.

I won't order anything from Amazon again. I tried to access my account and all I got was a runaround I tried to tell them I had a landline phone numbert a mobile one Then my email was wrong and my password was wrong. I do not know how long I tried. I even called customer service a for nowhere.

How can a billion dollar company like Amazon be so cruel and uncaring to its customer or merchants? Customer service obviously was trained to be the way they are. Otherwise, Amazon would take it upon themselves to investigate their work habits and fire the ones in noncompliance. I mean, how can I not qualify for a refund for my books lost in Amazon's warehouse. Now what is wrong with this picture? A multi-billion dollar company taking from us like that.

Amazon representative did a phone transfer and the person on the transferred line was a hacker…Got into my bank accounts that was attached to my Amazon account and stole $2000. for some of my Sept. bills! Only God knows what damage they have done to my Amazon acct. because it was locked after the heckler was shutdown..but, because I couldn’t remember what my last item was I received from Amazon (which was at least a month ago) they refused to unlock my account. Yes!!!! This is yet another reason why this Jeff B. Owner is worth Billions??

I have an Advantage account and I just recently upgraded Seller Central account to take advantage of the All Brand Benefits, which includes the A+ Content feature. The problem is that other brands or books can use this feature, but I can not. What they are telling me: The "book" category doesn't qualify. For over three weeks I been going in circles arguing my case that I DO qualify. Corporate needs to get to the bottom of this. Why am I spending $39. 99 a month if I can not use a simple (free) feature as A+ Content?

I received an email stating Amazon Prime is going to be $130. 00, but when I received my statement it was $150. 68. I called customer service and they said it was because of taxes. Well, I tried to figure this out and makes no sense. Then they said you get Amazon Prime videos, and I explained the service is not worth the money. The free movies are all old and many are not worth watching. The newer movies there is a rental fee so this is no bargain. Walmart just started a no shipping fee when you sign and you get a discount on fuel and their price is $98. 00 a year. I will no longer sign up for Prime. I am retired and watch the money I spend and this is no longer worth the money.

I own a Lenovo tablet with android operating system 8. 1. 0 installed. I also own about 1500 kindle books. Recent updates to kindle reader app has resulted in me losing the kindle reader on my tablet. If the tablet had been my only device, that would have left me with no access to my property. Even Microsoft when they update their Windows, still leave their old windows for customers which can not run the new windows. So why can you not do the same, when you know that your update will break some peoples ability to read their books. I have been onto 'customer service' and their attitude was plain. They did not really care. They told me that the update was to increase reading pleasure and if my equipment was not up to scratch, bad luck. Go buy a new tablet. I could nearly hear them say, a paper white kindle reader. I can not really believe that there is no way for you to get me a copy of kindle which will work on my tablet. This is not really good enough. I expected better from you.

i sent away for a folding table and four chairs on October 22 never received it i contacted the seller who was marthas vineyard cape cod mass he said to me it was delivered October 23rd i said where is it never got it we went round and round finally he sent me a tracking number i told him i cannot find the package then he said it was delivered in the mail room i said we do not haven't a mail room only a front door where al packages are left and the delivery guy take a snap shot of the item that was delivered and send it to me or they ring my bell no one did i was home all day the seller stopped answer me so contacted amazon to have them step in and nothing happened customer service has me do five a-z claim and all were denied because the seller denied four of then saiying it was delivered i told him show me proof it was delivered i know i sent back many packages, but that is no reason to delete me from amazon my mother is 96 blind has dementia and frail needed shoe for a wedding so i ordered 4

I've ordered new graphics card on Amazon and I received a completely different card, on top of that it had signs of usage with dust on the fans and scratches on the frame. I contacted customer service, they told me to send graphic card back to Amazon. Upon receiving the card I was told I won't get the money back because it was a different card. I do not have another card, I returned the only card sent to me by Amazon. I was refused a refund and the card I've returned was disposed. Customer service can not help me. No money, no graphic card.

This is exactly what they did to me. Refused my return, saying i sent the wrong item back. But they want me to pay for it after they threw it away. I can prove they received it. But all they can say is it was the wrong item that was returned and they literally said they threw it away. Is this how they make their money. You know they are collecting a return on the item. Then toss it in the trash so they do not have to prove anything. Then i have to pay so they collect twice on one item.

The reasion I give Amazon a 0 rating is this, acording to your people I have two e- mail adresses this is Bull S I have had the same e-mail adress for over 15 years and I have been reseaving things I NEVER ORDERED and The people at the Amazon support argue with me when I try and explain to them that Amazon has made a Mestak. Ok if Amazon wants to keep sending me things at there expence thin that's fine with me, but just charging me once for something I never ordered and it comes out of my Bank acount and I will settel for nothing, but Owning Amazon.
