Super bad service and no option for anyone to contact any seniors. It like all the control is in Customer care's hands. Right now they are not working well and solving your issues or even you are not getting any replies to your emails sent to 121@Airtel.com and you can do nothing about this other than quitting Airtel. This is how Airtel is going down and it will end in future.

I am maintaining Airtel postpaid mobile No. 9910447317 for last few years. But in Dec, 2018 incoming and outgoing calls on this number was automatically barred due to unknown reason. For said purpose I had filed complaint No. 89087227 through Airtel customer care. Now again my incoming call has been deactivated and when someone try to make a call on my number sound/information like number is not valid usually get to listen. 2. Its really a worst problem for a subscriber. You are please requested to look into the matter personally and resolve the issue at the earliest. With Regards.

I was talking with your Senior Executive Miss Amrita, Excecutive Miss Jyoti, Mr. Manish etc. Dt. 29. 02. 16 against my Wrong recharging on above said Customer ID. The executive gave me a request number 49953945 dt. 29. 02. 16 and Miss Amrita said me to solve my problem within 24 hours. But there is no any response after that. Then i called again to Miss Amrita,, but she hold me a long time and disconnect the phone after one hour and not attend me seriously. I have very bad experience on Airtel mobile service. I have a complaint against Airtel. I'm took a new Airtel Postad connection, But Connection is Not yet started, Simcard numbert yet Activated, as I have tried several times calling Airtel customer care and they are telling Address Verification failed. I have given the same address where will Receive all my Govt Documents, Couriers and Everything, and also my family members will be available in home every time, No one from Airtel came for Address verification and they have directly rejected my connection
I tried to log complaint about activation without asking the customer, but they are not willing to accept that complaint. This is really a very very bad experience with me using their service. This shows that Airtel doesn't care for their customers. This is my first try to bring the issue with Airtel through this platform. If this is not solved I do not have other option than raising this on social media widely to seek the help. CC.
