Respected sir,
really it is very harassing after a dozen calls on 12150 and reference numbers. 51441061, 51400828, DT050500052 no body from your side bother to resolve my problem regarding set top box. For last six days i have been waiting so that my set top top box can be replaced, but for a big zero. Probably its high time for me to switch to another DTH Brand available in the market and file a suit it the consumer forum for return of my recharge money. Sir it is very shame full that you not paying attention to your old customers and instead busy in meaning less marketing. Thanks for your all non co operation

On 27th of December 2014, I have got 2g internet pack of Rs. 199/- from your Massodpur Airtel gallery Vasant Kunj, New Delhi=110070 in to Mumbai Airtel mobile number 9867612423, but till to date 01-01-2015 it has not been recharged. Now I understand that the, cost of this pack is rupees. 198/- then what is problem your system should accept rupees 198/ from actual money paid Rs. 199/-to your staff. Actually your staff collects Rs. 200/- even when cost is Rs. 199/-. It is very sad that Airtelis not charging my relative mobile number 9867612423 of Mumbai with internet pack of rupees 198/- of 2g for 28 daya validity duration. Then why you people not giving clear communication. and that customer care people called me from this no - 9591276085 but now its switched off.. and they given me one more no for clarification the no was 9900021333 (9900221333)and it was also switched off. then what should we do.even i do not want to use post paid let me use prepaid only. otherwise i will change the network.
i hope you will care the customer..

Hi this is Arun here from Mangalore ( karnataka) i have been using Airtel SIM past ten years ( used two or three different numbers) iwas using prepaid only, i was very happy with the prepaid, last week your customer care people called me and they converted me to use the post paid, and i agreed, but in that situation they dint explained me everything, they explained me only about the offer, when they came to give the new SIM and collect the documents they were asking the money (Rs 300/-) as a deposit,but it was not informed me before. But anyway even i paid that amount and i given documents, but in my prepaid SIM i had 40 Rupees main balance and i was recharged Rupees 955/- 3g plan validity was there till 09/09/2013. and i asked them about the balance, they said it transfered new sim, if its not you have to call customer care, and they given a no 59059. when i was calling this no they telling you have to call 121, when i was calling 121 they were telling its not possible.(pls refer one more mail.)
