Yevhen Halych is a Ukrainian rock musician, TV host, DJ and the frontman of Ukrainian rock band O.Torvald. He is the frontman of the band O. Torvald. It was formed in 2005 in Poltava, Ukraine. On 25 February 2017, O. Torvald won the national selection for Eurovision, so Yevhen Halych represented Ukraine with the song 'Time' in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 as a member of O. Torvald. Halych co-wrote the song "Time" with Yevhen Kamenchuk, which was performed by O.Torvald in the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest. Ukraine qualified to compete directly in the final as the host country, but placed 24th out of 26 participating countries.
