Dear sir

My name is Muhammad Rizwan having account in UBL karachi pakistan. I have some saving in that account and get profit every month, but in the month of August 2021 I did not receive any profit and when I contacted with the branch they told me that branch has been changed from conventional to islamic without any intimation to me. I told them it is not my problem that branch status has been changed my concern is my profit which had not been credited into my account. So many times I have contacted in the branch, but every times they told me they are follow up the matter, but despite of so many reminders still no action has been taken. Please solve the matter as soon as possible otherwise I will write one email to State Bank of pakistan and will aslo notify imran khan citizen Portal. Waiting for your quick response. Muhammad Rizwan

I sent a complaint on customer. Services@ubl.com. Pk on 09th September 2021, but I have not received any response except system generated auto replies

Even the helpline is not rsponding.
