I had contacted the firm and they said I need to call Toyota Mexico and in Toyota Mexico they say I need to contact Dorantes O´Loughlin (the lawyers firm) in order to ask for my invoice. I paid for my car six MONTHS AGO and nobody responses about my invoice. I NEED MY CAR INVOICE and someone who gives me an answer. I thought Toyota was related to quality all along the supply chain, but I feel really upset and dissappointed. I need a solution ASAP, I want my Invoice.

The Dealer was no help the 36mth service was never done warranty issues not fixed, Dropped the truck to the Dealer Dec 2018 re paint truck fix problems or a refund truck cost$180k no help after five wks poor response. Truck not safe too drive only 3yrs old no help from Fair Trading Qld, Hino Care Centre, Dealer, Truck handed back to Finance Company not paying for a Lemon. This Truck has ruined my 30yr Career and I have lost my Contract This truck has sent me Broke. Due to the poor quality designed of the car since from day one, our management has decided and seek UMW Toyota to exchange with a car with some capacity and year of manufacturing. Refer to our earlier discussion and in view of rectification and repairing, we do not have any confident and foreseen any positive sign of the repair. Therefore, UMW Toyota have to resolve and replace a car without any cost impact. 01. As an end user, we do not enjoy having the brand new car due to extra feature of high static current shock on car body while going down from the car and most of the time we are suffering from static current shocking. 02. Mr. Sam RafeedieMar 28, 2016 I have 2007 RAV4 which falls under the Service Bulletin to repair for excessive oil consumption. The local Toyota dealer tested this car in November 2015 for oil consumption and it failed. The dealer, Cecil Atkinsson, in Orange, TX 77632, put this car on their list to repair. Its been over four months since the Dealer placed a request for gaskets and pistons to repair my car and nothing is happening. The engine is getting very hot when driven just 20 minutes, and becoming very noisy. MY daughter drives this car 45 minutes to college and 45 minutes to return home every day. I am worried that this engine could catch on fire because it is so hot when driven just a short distance. Toyota is not doing what it needs to do before some catastrophic event takes place. I have contacted Toyota Customer Care several times, and all I can get from them is the run around and excuses. How could I ever buy another Toyota, just tell me.

But, I not accept and strongly request to change it, because that's hazardous problem, it's might released chemicals during heat (under sunshine) causing healthy problem.
