After nine years they give my son a program which is five months behind because they have shut down units that have these courses so it will be another year before he sees parole, that's because I called down there and reminded them they were late on reviewing him. The unit he is on is getting free labor with no good time. Pardons and Parole have no idea who they are rating because they do not know them and the investigator they sent spent four minutes with him, took his packet and says that the last guy wasn't doing a good job so she was stepping in and it would be late. This was in April and he got an answer last evening after I called them and then they have him this. They do not even talk to the family. What is going on in Texas where this is acceptable, where is Governor Abbot when we need him.
