I would like to inform you that from last 20 days I want to know my post paid number 9910093332 due amount. I have taken a forties corporate plan of rupees. 299/- monthly rental given with my forties health care employee ID -179882 with my VOTER ID CARD. But till now I have not received the correct bill amount after many follow up with your customer care executive and always they were not in the position to tell me the correct bill amount. Today I have received a bill of amount rupees 2700/- approx. Which is wrong. When I call at customer care center one of your night supervisor Mr. Devender on duty was again provided me wrong bill amount and he also said I have taken corporate group no with consolidated bill amount. I have totally fad up with your services. This is to bring to your kind notice that we have been harassed and threaten after we demanded our money back that we paid to Arnav Telesystems Andheri East. To your knowledge we received a call from Arnav Telesystems to purchase Airtel 4G hotspot device with 6GB package. Their person had taken Rs. 2300 from us and handed over a faulty device which was not functioning after the verification and activation. They started activated the device on 22 and Oct 2015. We kept the device under testing, but it was getting on and off after every minute even though the battery was full. So fade up and stopped using its since then. On next day we received the SMS from Airtel that we utilised the whole data on the first day itself and have to pay the full bill. This is to bring to your kind notice again that we were not able use the device on the first day as it was faulty.
