Shimla Kali Bari is a wonderful place to stay. The easiest way to book rooms is by email is simlakalibari.1823@gmail.com or contact office of Simla Kali Bari, Shimla 0177-2652964. And yes the most important thing is the booking opens 5-6 months before. So email before hand at least five months ago as the chance of getting accommodation at spot is very rare.
