I am Hashmatullah Khan , (business consultant) residing in kothnur police station limits in an apartment located in Kanakashree layout by name S. L. V. Paradise Apartment, I had finished my contract and stayed in the apartment with the permission of the owner for six months and had been regular in my rental payment including maintenance and electricity bill which is upto date. Until now the owner had permitted me to stay as there was no new tenant for the apartment, but when she got a new tenant, she told me to vacate last month. I said that I would be able to locate after completion of lock down period. I also have one month rent advance with her which we had agreed for painting charges. I have no dues except that I have to pay for the current month which I had told her that I would pay by the end of this month, but she said that I have to either pay her advance or rent or vacate this apartment immediately. I am Saravana S from Ulsoor complainant bring to your notice that I was cheated for 12 lakhs from Sharmila Moses and Honorable Mayohall court judgement has Issued a warrant five times however the accused is managing the Banaswadi police cops to not to arrest and produce before the court to Honor the court judgement and not even to provide the status however we showed the accused and their house. In one instance I had provided the accused to Banaswadi police team they went to their house with Hoysala vehicle and brought them back to station meanwhile they asked me to go for lunch. When i came back from lunch accused is not there however police told me that they will produce before the court. Hi Sir,
How do we handle this situation??
Just want to know why are cops in the station usual declined to take or file an FIR on a dowry case or harassment case (498A Non-Bailable) when requested by that person. As time passes on the brother of husband enters the station and abuse the girl’s father and her sister physically in front of the SP/ Inspector in his cabin and girls sister is taken to the hospital with in a shoulder bone dislocated and rested in the hospital for 24hrs. then the FIR is file in the station. At Hospital the statement taken by the cop’s on duty stated that they can not add this information in the FIR filed by the girl and her family, as this will have a problem with the station and the cop’s on duty. Now the boy and his family are free to move about in the area the next day and now intended to take revenge for all this commotion and event that took placed.
