I would like to let you know, that your customer service sucks, call out team also sucks. Ginulo nyo pldt home fiber account ko, ng offer ang call out team nyo ng promotion thinking na mkka tulong sa account ko pero HINDI, lalo lng ginulo account ko, mg one month na kong walang service at tawag ng tawag sa customer service nyo, asking for sup or manager, meron nga akong nka usap na manager at supervisor and promise to monitor the reactivation ng service until now wala pa din akong service. September 18 nagawa service order ko, October five wala pa din akong service. Ganito ba kayo mg trato ng customer nyo na ngbabayad ng bill tapos puputulan nyo ng walang any notification.
