Have to admit that the variety of air crafts flying pass the area are very fascinating. Nevertheless, the air traffic noise has been bothering me a lot recently. I am having a new born at home. Every time an air craft flys pass, it is of full power and the noise is unbearable even for adults. It seems to be more serious recently. I have been living in Paya Lebar for years and the air traffic noise problem had never been this bad. In the past, I guess the flying pilots have been very considerate and toned down the power when approaching the airport. But in the recent months, I noticed the practice is totally different. All air crafts are approaching with full power. As Paya Lebar is a very populated area, I believe a low power approach would help many households with our daily living.
