The Northern India Engineering College (NIES), New Delhi&sa=Search&ref='>Delhi was established in the year 2003. It is established and managed by Babu Banarsi Das Educatonal Society (BBDES), Lucknow. It is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi&sa=Search&ref='>Delhi. It has an artistically designed Campus spread over nine acres of area located at facility Centre, Shastri park, located in East Delhi&sa=Search&ref='>Delhi. The Campus encompasses five interconnected blocks which includes Admin Block, Educational Block, Central library, Central Workshop etc. It offers various full time Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses. It offers courses in Bachelor of Technology in various branches of Engineering, the said course is available in two shifts and the intake capacity is 720 seats for the first shift and 240 seats for the second shift. It also offers post graduate courses in Business Administration with the intake of 120 seats and Computer Application with the intake of 60 seats. The courses are approved by AICTE and the Institute is acCredited by NBA. It is and ISO 9001:2008 and EN ISO 14001:2004 certified Institute.
