Nam Hyun-Hee is a South Korean foil fencer. She is left-handed. She won the silver medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics after losing 6-5 to Valentina Vezzali in the final. She was also a team bronze medalist at the 2012 Summer Olympics, with South Korea beating France in the bronze medal match. She won bronze medals at the 2006, 2010, and 2011 World Fencing Championships. She was also the 2012 Kyungki Do Sport Awards' Sport Star of the Year and the 2006 and 2008 Seoul City Sport Awards' Best Player of the Year. Nam retired from fencing in 2019 and ran a fencing club in Seoul. She was involved in a relationship with her ex-fiancé, Jeon Cheong-jo, who was later exposed as a con artist. Jeon was sentenced to 12 years in prison for stealing more than 3 billion won (€2.1 million) from 27 people Nam ran a fencing club in Seoul's Gangnam district after retiring in 2019.
