Have earlier received prompt services on complaint or in case services are required. Kindly get the branches of the tree which is bending towards E-0 Greenpark Extension and s likely to fall on the building /wall. This tree has its trunk across the road outside C block. So its bending over across. Kindly issue immediate instructions to avoid its falling on our wall/ building. You may send your officer to inspect. This is urgent. Regardibg cleaning the nallah which are open which us done every year has not been done this year. All this leads to moles inhabitating. Kindly get it cleaned as the menace caused by the weather since months cannot be contradicted. This being outside E-10 extension please ask your inspector to inspect the work of tge sweeper. Mr. Ashok is very efficient, but is assigned duty between Cand E block. Proper supervision is required in E block extension. Thanking you. Rekha Dayal

Sir, I would like to say that No official is listening to my complain regarding the large heap of dirty/ filthy and bad smelling all around of it lying in a vacant plot in front of my house no.F/2-590,Sangam Vihar,New Delhi-110062. several times I have requested to concern officials on telephone and personally as well but no response. I request to you to make concern officials to remove all the same rubbish in the interest of public who are residing around the same(Refuse/Kudha-Karkat) resulting breeding mosquitoes, harmful flies and insects to all residents of there.Pl. do needful.
