There is Froud going on they collect money as a subscription from authorized website and after that didn't deliver the paper. Also, cusomter care only for Mumbai not for Pune. No one respond on email as well this is going on from 2022.

I am a Pune-based reader of Maharashtra Times for last many years. For some years now, Maharashtra Times is offering an yearly subscription and accepting advance cheques from willing readers. However, I do not understand as to why fresh address proof documents are insisted upon every time. Reader's address, Mobile number, etc., can be recorded in the computer and used every year. Furnishing fresh documents every year is highly irritating and I may think of discontinuing the newspaper from next year if this practice does not cease.

I had sent a cheque number 988354 for rupees 599/- for annual subscription of Maharashtra Times through the Paper vendor a couple of months backs. I received an intimation today - April 20, 2020, stating that the Cosmos bank dishonored the cheque and the subscription 0034788288 will be discontinued immediately. I sent the mail to the Bank immediately in this regard. This is the second time in the past. Is it that there was again a delay on the part of Maharashtra Times to send the cheque for clearance? I could not contact on phone numberr I could get the email ID. Hence, this communication.

I have submitted check for Maharashtra times subscription in last week of December 2019 and my check is deposited on 22 Jan 2020. I have not received the news paper yet.
