I have been engaged to a Pilipino woman for over a year now. Rosedevilla Pagatpatan Tamayo is her name and she currently lives in Ballesteros. I support her and son every month by sending them money. But I remain in the United States because of covid19. We video chat everyday but have been apart to long and we wish to get married and make our residence in the Philippines. I have been covid19 tested and I am negative for covid19. Please find a way for me to go to the Philippines to be with my fiancé and son so we can get married and reside in the Philippines. I have a good till 2026 US passport, a certified copy of my birth Certificate, and a certified copy of my military DD214. Please help…We are desperate, I want to get on a plane and come to the Philippines and just take the chance you'll let me into the country. What would you do, put me in prison? I'm in prison now not being with the woman that I love.

Hello, I am very discouraged, angry and Upset to say the least. My 9G Visa expired on December 31, 2018. My Visa is a SSCWV issued in Subic One Stop Shop. On January 9th, I visited the Intramurus Immigration Office and was explained that I must start with Subic One Stop Shop first. I had already moved to Las Pinas in January 2018. Subic is three - seven hours away. I started with a Clearance Certificate while I was at BI Intramurus on January 9th to pick it up on January 15th. During that time I drove to Subic One Stop Shop via Victory Liner. I was informed at Subic that I need to start in Intramurus and get a Clearance Certificate. I returned to Intramurus January 17th 2019 and picked up my Clearance Certificate. I went to Downgrade Window # 14 and was informed that I needed to start in Subic One Stop Shop first. Back and forth, Up and Down. On September 9th my file was going on tour at Intramurus. 1st to 4th floor a dozen times and still to date no one can tell me my status. Please help.

Immigration employees at the international airport charged my daughter 21, 000 for overstaying in the Philippines even if she is a dual citizen. ( her only problem was that she had an expired philippines passport)

Can we get a refund???

Magandang Araw po,

Pilipina po ako nagka pagasawa ng taga Kuwait. Me anak po kami isa.
Josie M. Mallalah.

I went to immigration office and was happy. I left mad as hell. I was in there seven hrs. And still did not get my permanent visa renewed. It is an easy job is management was correct. I tried to get the commissioner's attention but to no avail. His office ignored me and tried to send me to another office which did not help me. All day long it was to one window then to another window and then back the the original window then to another window. Back and forth, back and forth, it never ended till seven hrs later then i had to go back the next day and bring a piece of paper. That was dec 23 or 22nd. Now it is 13th of January . Yesterday a guy text me and told me i can pick up my card at window 4. Can't somebody fix this management problem? Somebody like the president placing a person in there that can manage. Why no email addresses so we can do some checking on status?
