I ordered a new 2023 GMC. For some reason it is held up in San Antonio, TX. The Dealer I went thru is Steele GMC in Austin. Was told there is two truck loads that are setting there. (I have CASH) and waiting on someone to get off their butt and get the truck to the dealer. I live in Belton, but no dealer will take cash up here for some reason. I think this is stupid, but I do not own a dealership.

Mr. James ZumwaltApr 19, 2022
Good morning, this is not on GM as a whole, but one dealership in Beaumont Texas. In February, I took my 2017 GMC Canyon to the dealer to have it checked out. I was not able to fuel the truck without using a funnel which is how I am having to fuel the truck now. I explained to the CSR that the EVAP canister may be clogged. What they did after the diagnostic was changed the purge valve and said it was good to go, well, it was not. I took the truck to a gas pump and was not able to fuel, so I have to reverted to the funnel. Due to work and school, I was not able to return, but did call to let them know I was coming. I was told come at 7AM Monday-Wednesday and would take a look at the truck. I was told that it was going to be "days" before they can look at it. This is unacceptable when it is the only vehicle my wife and I have and they do not have "loaners". I am disappointed, I love my canyon and is the third GM vehicle in a row. Now I am having to decide whether wait till Monday.

I have a chevy silverado and I am having issues with the transmissionit stops working. I have taken it to a dealer and they have not fixed the issue I have also contacted consumer assistance ctr chevy division and they are not very much help either. Since this is an ongoing issue and th truck is just a year old what are my options the dealer said i could trade t in, but it would cost me. I believe that this vehicle is a lemon and should be replaced or have the trans. Replaced. I am very un happy with this truck it does not move the motor city forward, but backwards.

White Marsh MD. Prospect: 548710. Sales Manager re-added the MFG Destination fee already included in Monroney Label MSRP creating a Duplication in the Sales Offer of $1, 695 resulting in a $3, 390 MFG Destination Fee. We requested the correction so that we could take delivery of the Truck. Sales Manager has refused to return calls. I Request a copy of the original MFG Monroney Label that was placed on the tuck at the plant. VIN: 1GCPYCEF8MZ208683. Thank you Peter Marshall Cell: 540-454-7222.

I have posted this before and will cont. To do so I am the owner of two F-150 2010 pickups one of those became disabled at not fault, but ford so have come to find out. The fuel pump fuse had blown which cause the truck to fail no brakes no steering, but Ford explain that yes there is a issue in the field and they have a answer as to how to prevent it in the future until they feel that it is a safety problem it would not be refundable as it is not a recall repair what i am asking is more then fair $164. 49 the cost of the repair The kit from ford to relocate the fuse as they recommend and labor this is answer to the problem as i stated from ford.

I have purchased many Ford automobiles in my life because this company has always made great cars, good looking cars too. I am writing you because I just heard Ford is planning to build a plant in Mexico. I know you people think this will be a good move, really? This might mean more money for Ford by hiring cheap labor and parts, but what does this mean to America? More unemployment, more people on food stamps, added crime, etc. Not to mention the employees trying to build a retirement for their future that will be lost. There have been many companies moving to Mexico but, I never thought a giant like Ford would follow in the footsteps of the others who are ruining this country. If Ford leaves or builds a plant in Mexico, I promise you I will never buy another Ford product ever and will encourage my friends and family to do the same. This has to stop. Please think about how wrong this is.
