It is a 0 because FedEx is failing to deliver my package. The excuse is that the address is wrong. But, the address is correct. My tracking number is 276177549671. In addition I cannot seem to get any help calling the phone numbers to call. My package is sitting in Lapu Lapu City in the Philippines and they are not delivering. I repeat the address is not wrong for delivery, it is correct. At this point I demand a full refund of the small fortune that I was charged for this package.

i am discusted i purchased a necklace online from an online dealer i was told by them i do not need a receipt to send to australia with fedex my girfriend went to send and was refused because she has no receipt i am told by online dealers in cebu they do not ever get asked for one then why is my girfriend being asked if they do not need one then why do i need one to send to australia

I have been waiting for the parcel that was sent to me from the United States of America last December 2020. I tracked the parcel in the tracking site of Fedex and it indicated that the parcel is already on the vehicle for delivery December. Today, January 26, 2021, the parcel has not arrived my residence. Another parcel was sent to me, again from USA, and it indicated that it will be delivered to me by the 21st of January 2021. It has not arrived as well. I contacted two phone numbers, a landline and and cellphone, both numbers were not answered or outside of coverage area. I do not know when and where can I get my parcel. I hope Fedex can give me assistance on my concern. Thank you.

I opened up your Fedex website in the my compute and I was so disappointed on how Fedex Philippines described its' operation. Whoever composed this brief description of what is Fedex the Philippines, MUST REVIEW IT AGAIN AND AGAIN. I am a Filipino, but and I understand English language as it was thought in our country, and my grammar in english is just average. Please re-write whatever is written in your website, then re-post it. Usage of articles is wrong, no verbs and the sentences are "choppy" as it was written by a Grade three student. What do you mean by "POSTAL CUM"in the last statement ? Sounds very erotic. Resoectfully,

I want to file a complaint about fedex in togo country, West Africa because of their incompetence and stupidity. However, upon reaching the end of the complaint field, it asked for a fee of 25$? How can that be when the complainant has no credit card? You see, i have an item to be delivered last Monday, 8th of December 2014, but they refused to deliver it due to sensitivity of the item. Firstly, they demanded for the insurance of the item which i complied to. They accepted the item and i paid the delivery charges. The next day, the person in togo was adviced to report to fedex and returned the item with the delivery charge. But right now, the insurance fee cannot be refunded. The 940 USD for the insurance is no joke amount when converted to peso. This is because of fedex togo personnel incompetence and stupidity. In the first-hand, they should have not demanded the insurance and they anticipate the airport authority to seize the item they should have.

Fedex is inconsitant online dealers dont get asked for a receipt to send but im trying to get a necklace sent to australia and cant because i have no receipt so its one thing for one person and a different one for the next not good bussiness.
