Refer consignment number D86480432 dated 02/06/2021 booked at Delhi. The parcel reached at Bhagabatipur delivery point on 11/06/2021. The kept the parcel idle withe them and ultimately returned on 20/06/2021. The parcel contains my MBBS study material and journals supplied by my Institute. Non delivery of the parcel hampers my study and I will not be able to complete the curse in time. I raised the matter to the customer service over email. But did n0t get any reply/solution. I am quite astonished by such a sluggish service if DTDC.
