This depot has turned dpd into the new Hermes for being the most useless anti-customer company. Damaged goods, late delivery, refusing to call back customers, telling lies. They are losing the business of any company that chooses unwisely to use them as couriers.

They send me an email saying sorry weve missed you with a photograph of a house. Remember you sent me an email telling me when you would deliver it. Bet it is nit at the front of the queue tomorrow
