Respected sir Functioning of DDA and Inordinately delay in making the flat freehold
I am retired army officer applied online for freehold of my flat after paying ground rent regularly and that too in advance. However when excessive demand was raised all details and receipts of paying ground rent regularly for last ten years were also attached with the application. However the concerned staff after a lapse of more than three months never bother to communicate and give any clarification. I have sent the mail correspondence with DDA to your official mail ID. respected sir

sir, we are compelled to drink foul / bad smelled, sewer mixed water in our colony residents of 36 to 37 A to H,PKT-4,MAYUR VIHAR-4,east Delhi-91

we are unable to drink as our small children have already fallen ill three to four time, we too hospitalized
because of this.we are compelled to purchase water from open market even for bathing and cleaning out utensils .

the representative of DJB has been shown the quality of water being supplied and he too agreed that there is bad / foul smell in the water .
a sample of dark black sewer mixed water was collected and the report of that might have been submitted in DJB office by DJB officials.

we citizens request you please solve this problem .
