I have my salary account in your Good bank "State Bank of India" ay SBI Main Branch Kopaganj branch code 3426. My A/c has been made non- operative since Saturday (16. 07. 2022). I have sent my friend at branch Kopaganj. The staff has told that no transaction has been made from your account from our branch. Hence your A/c has been hold for any transaction. I have mailed KYC form and ID document. There is no contact number so that I can contact the branch Manager. Till date my A/c is not made operative. Due to this I am facing hinderance in our life. This is for your kind information and necessary action. At least functional number must be up dated and display at branch so that they can be conducted. Regards

Having a bad experience with SBI since past two years they
have not been able to give me the correct FD copies. As of date I do not have any reference numbers of my FD, No idea about the maturity amount etc. How can a Bank cannot resolve my issue from two years in connection with not receiving SMS messages. Cannot make any online transactions. Above all the bank is issuing me a incorrect letter that I have 338 Million Dollars in my account. The worst part is that RM like Mrs. Sonal Panchal and Suchi Pandey, do not respond to any call or message even after reading them. Is it State Bank of India or Sleeping Bank of India?
If my issue is note sorted out in few days time I have made arrangements to send a legal notice and inform the media and use the local Newspaper to print my experience with SBI.

Hi Team,
Yesterday i made my credit card payment rupees 44, 447 via UPI amount got deducted, but in my SBI app its shows unsuccessful payment and i have forwarded details to SBI customer support team, but there no response till now and i contacted nearest branch office in kukatpally hyd one of your branch manager belongs to kukatpally he doesnt know how to connect with Customer support team and giving rude answers i do not understand why you people hire these kind of people who dosent konw how to call customer support, and i am reqesting kindly check into my issue and give revert ASAP.

I went four times to my SBI home branch only to Change my mobile number, but my work is still incomplete. Reasons were. 1. One day branch manager was absent. 2. Bank person said you need to come before 2pm. 3. Huge rush outside the bank, due to covid only one person allowed inside the bank. But now 2nd wave of covid is alredy in controlled. 4. Again huge rush seen outside the bank. Finally I opened a new account in HDFC bank. I'm 14 years old customer of SBI. Now I'm 32yr old. SBI AUL Branch, Dist-Kendrapara, Odisha. IFSC-SBIN0012060.
