Very very strange that no responsible authority here in PTCL is still resolved the matter and my billing due time has come and this charge is feeling as penalty. Moreover, It seems that there is no competent to entertain the customer care and this is worst condition. I have no words that how i explain my feeling such silence at PTCL end. My request is to :
1. Immediately change my broadband package. 2. Revise my package at my billing that i have no fault for the delay. If you do not facilitate me, i will have to end your services. Regards.

Mr. Muhammad OmarMar 07, 2015 My telephone number 04235968019 installed at 90D-1 Nespak Housing Society, Lahore became dead on 4th March, 2015. No body care a bit. I think the cable pair of my telephones has been utilized for any other subscriber. A technician attended and restore the service only for five minutes and again left as dead. Very poor service as it is said there is a cable fault. Is it our duty to provide cable pair? The service numbers provided to DE and SDO are not attended, please try at your level. Are these numbers are service or their private? It is said that their is scarcity of cable pairs in this vicinity. No body care towards registered complaints and personally made complaints. Please investigate the matter personally. Pleas do not charge the bill for the days abnormally faulty delayed. Mohammad Omar.
AOA I am using ptcl number 051 4852591 for the last few years in Rawalpindi. If any thing goes wrong with the line rectification took four to one week at least,, but this time it took two weeks and still not fixed. According to my understanding ptcl still charge me for these two weeks and have not provide me service. This things called ripping your customers from both hands. Mr chairman and other members if you donnt have the capability to run PTCL then please do not rip us off do something else for earning. Thanks.

Mr. Haji Muhammad Haji KassimJan 02, 2015 My phone (broadband - dsl) number 021-34931118 is lying out of order since last 15 days. Despite of enormous complaints e. G. number 83 and 78, no remedial action has so far been taken except some verbal assurances by saying "the phone will be rectified within 24 hours". I do not the length of 24 hours ? 24 hours is equal to 24 days. I am quite disappointed with the services of PTCL in Karachi and now I have decided to quit using PTCL broadband. Therefore, please ask the concerned functionaries of PTCL in Karachi to work honestly, diligently and with dedications as the current impact on customer is pessimistic. Submitted for your appropriate action against PTCL STAFF at "Pak Capital Exchange" as well as the complaint operators (1236) who always remain apologetic, but assures to rectify the fault within 24 hours every day.

Mr. khalid farooqDec 05, 2014 PTCL service is not up to the mark specially Internet, smart TV connections. internet is very unreliable. On every electrical switching between WAPDA and ups, Internet hang up, Numerous complaints are answered with courtesy, but no corrective actions. Most of managers, regional manager phones are not answered. Many of my friends have switched to NAYATEL and are very satisfied. I personally feel PTCL is surviving due to large client base spread over the country. As new companies with better service enter the market, PTCL market share will drop drastically, unless culture changes. Better equipment matching the private sector improves. I feel it is high time to say goodbye to the white elephants of this country.

The ptcl has illegally disconnected my phone connection in spite of payment of phone bill. I am 75 years old citizen of Pakistan who is a serious patient of heart, asthma. It is the best example of Insaniyat shown by ptcl. May Allah reveal severe Aazab upon cruel officers of ptcl.

With honour to say that Divisional Engineer of Hangu District is performing his duty very well. Last day Khapara was running on the road and tore all wires of PTCL Hangu. We complained DE Hangu but he did not send any lineman for three days.
