SECOND TIME APPLY FOR CHEQUE BOOK ON PERMANENT ADDRESS. BUT THERE NO RESPONSE TILL NOW. Bank of baroda is not working properly and work to the officer is very slow. Peoples are very disappointed from this bank. So take a action on bank of baroda keshod branch otherwise our relatives and other people to close our account and all.

Issue : Unable to register online banking. As I discussed many times to customer care and with Mr. Jayant from varanasi. But still I didn't get any response from BOB guys. Pleas help me on this to resolve this problem as soon possible.

Sir, I have lost my money Rs. 1400 through BOB at fortkochi on 10. 12. 2015. The next day 11. 12. 2015 I called the banK, BOB Ernakulam Branch, Kerala where I am having my salary account. As per their words I mailed to them about the problem I have faced. Thereafter I called the bank to know about the progress of my complaint. The banking officials started to play the game of giving the phone to various other staffs there, and I am forced to explain the whole story to may of them one by one through the phone, and at last I lost my patience. I believe that this is because of the irresponsibility and inefficiency of the banking officials there in the Ernakulam branch. No one is there to deal with the customer in a descent way, and till today I have not received the cash back to my accont. Now the people there in the BOB EKM branch is blaming on the BOB Head office. So In My experince BOB is one of the Worst bank among all other banks regarding private or public.

i submit required ID and address proff before three days for KYC, but my saving account and ATM is not working till date. It is not fair. Bad service. Please advice me.
