Your airline is defrauding customers I have contacted your pathetic customer disservice office on several occasions to get a refund for all four flights I paid for over one year ago. Your customer disservice department has failed to return any of my email messages. There's no way in hell I'm flying with a company that can not hire enough employees to answers phones and return emails immediately. If you fail to refund my money within the next thirty days I will notify the US Embassy in Australia and will file a lawsuit against you people for fraud

On Sunday 26th June, i arrived at Perth Western Australia at 4. 30, flying from Broome WA. I am an 74 year old and need assistance to get on and off the plane. As i was last off, waiting for the wheel chair to arrive, when it arrived the Captain came and helped, he then pushed me to the lounge staying with both my wife and i till my gofer arrived from the plane. The Captain made me feel very special. I never got his name,, but his actions need to be recognized. I you do contact him please thank him for me. Thanks Qantas.

Needed to change my frequent flyer points flight booking. Telephoned 4. 30pm yesterday, left call back message, but no one called. Phoned again this morning at 9. 45am stayed on hold this time. At 11am decided to actually visit in person. Google gave me a Qantas website at 795 Burke Road, Camberwell. Drove there only to find that address is a health food shop. Was told, "We have been here 15 years, people come in all the time looking for Qantas, it's about time they updated their website". Returned home seething as you can imagine. Phoned again, left call back message, again, have now been waiting 45 minutes. Service?, what service.

I flew on Qantas on the 4th February Boarding time was 1640 I did not unpack my bag untill today 11th February I noticed my Guess white pouch was in my suitcase, but the bag is missing. I understand that i had three days to put in a complaint as i said i only unpacked my bag today 11th February any way my partner tells me he has to fill out a form and claim it on the house insurance my complaint about that is why should i pay excess to claim a bag that was in my suit case that was not locked my suitcase was left with quantas while i was waiting to board my flight that brings me to another question if your staff have sticky fingers and they like your customers things who to say that it is all so possible for them to add things into peoples bags eg, drugs I am sure current affairs would like to know about this i am a very unhappy customer My name is CynthiaSmith eight Corrib court West Melton 3337 phone 0432174005 0397460769.
