Hello,
I am Writing to you from Romania, as a last hope to sort out my issues with Ikea Romania. At this point it is to late to talk about disapointment and horible customer service. Write now I am talking about desperation. I ordered items on line for the value of 4000 euros, for delivery 300KM away from Bucharest. The order was done two weeks ago. At this moment I have received half of the items. I am missing a hob, an oven tabs and several kitchen units. Nobody can tel me where they are. I am leaving the contry in four days and I lost any hope of receving th above mentioned items. For the last five days I am calling Ikea Bucharest and I am past from one persone to another. After spending long minutes on hold I am told that I will be contacted as soon as possible. I tryed to speak to somebody in charge, a manager or supervisor and I am told that it is impossible. I wrote this email as I do not know who to contact anymore. Please help me to sort out my issue.

El servicio de atención al cliente en España, es un puto desastre . No son capaces de enviarme tres metros de tela, por valor de unos 27 euros, desde Barakaldo hasta Asturias. Three delivery dates given. First being 1st June, then 2nd, then third now today 4th June, each time sitting waiting like a fool. Not even one call to say they weren't coming. Will they arrive the 7th June. Lets see?

Happy to take my money, even €60, 00 for a delivery charge. Appalling service, never again will i shop there, not the first appalling service, , but certainly the last i will endure. All calls chasing were by me. Goods ordered from Palma Mallorca, apparently deliveries handled by CANARY Islands, they gave me a number to speak to in Palma MALLORCA, Guess what, 15 times i have tried to speak to someone, not once has it been answered. Further appalling survice. So far they have taken my money under false pretences.

We have given an order up to 1000euros two days ago at IKEA (Kifissos stores)in Athens Greece. We have arranged with the office inside IKEA to be delivered on Jyly, Saturday2th, in the morning and after having prepaid the whole amount of the transportation, today Saturday morning the 2th, after calling the Carrier to confirm time of delivery, we have been informed that the merchandise will be delivered after 19h00 today. I T I S UNACCEPTABLE FROM A GREAT FIRM SUCH IKEA NOT TO BE PUNCTUAL. Since I am a very "faithful" Ikea's customer, I can not accept this unpuctuality from Ikea's carrier, named DLETATOLAS EXPRESS CARGO. We kindly ask you to make an examination with IKEA in Athens, since they do not work seriously. IF you do not want to loose your clients.

I buy before ten days one bed room from (KSA - Dahran) IKEA market, and put my bed room with service COM that name (FLOW) and we made appointment in 28/06/2016, but nobody come and nobody call me, I made complain in customer service and still i am waiting.

Placed big order on 17 June for delivery on the 30, Phone call received at one pm on the 30 that none of the items were in the warehouse for dispatch. They categorically refused to put me to a general manager and gave conflicting excuse as to why the delivery did not happen. It anyone is thinking to order from Ikea UK think 100 times the worst customer service .

Hi I recently visited a store in Gateshead, England and was dismayed to see the image of a performing elephant to illustrate the resilience of your products. Portraying animals performing stunts is not an association that a company like Ikea should be using, a lot of the stunts the animals are made to do are painful and not natural to their physique. I realise that the image is used to prove a point about your products, an image relating to a leading edge company of contemporary design and one not related to an outdated, cruel practice of keeping animals in unnatural conditions would be far better for its image.

I have been a customer for at least 25 years. No more. We ordered a replacement part and the first delivery was damaged before receipt. Three months later we still do not have it. We asked that it be sent to our winter address and it seems to have been sent to ( though not received by ) our summer address. I have attempted to contact customer service during advertised "open" hours and there time it was "closed. " Worst customer service organization I have encountered in years. Ref. # 259-27602218.

I am a great fan of IKEA stock and furniture and have bought there many many times including yesterday in Bristol UK. HOWEVER your checkout and till systems are AWFUL. I wonder why supermarkets, DIY shops and garden centres with similar staff levels, and with customers with trolleys full of items seem to be able to organise their checkouts and have payment systems which are several times faster than yours. All your tills were open yesterday nevertheless the queues were long and took an unreasonably long to get through. Why can supermarket checkouts process a trolley with many many more items so much faster than IKEA????
It is exasperating and leaves your customers with a very bad experience as they leave your stores
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO SIMETHING TO MAKE IT QUICKER

I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING YOUR CUSTOMER 'CARE' WHICH IN MY OPINION IS MORE CUSTOMER 'ABUSE', YOUR STAFF CONSISTENTLY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME BECAUSE I WANT A PRECISE TIME AND DATE FOR THIS 'INVISIBLE'TECHNICIAN TO ARRIVE, ON NO OCCASION HAVE THEY OFFERED ME A REFUND, . THE MONEY I HAVE SPENT EATING OUT WOULD BECAUSE YOUR PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK AND YOU SEEM INCAPABLE OF PROVIDING ANY FORM OF SERVICE THAT REMOTELY RESEMBLES THE OBLIGATIONS YOU HAVE TO WARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS, UNDER EU LAW, I COULD HAVE BOUGHT A NEW ONE. I am appalled at your after sales service. The hob i bought from Ikea in Pisa doesn't work, no technician has arrived. I risked injuring myself in order to do your unplug ten minutes, re plug in test (otherwise i could pay for the call out despite you selling me sub standard hob), no one has offered me a refund (please check the EU website on YOUR obligations on sales of goods and services), and no one checked if i was disabled (in order to plug in your SUB STANDARD SHODDY FOLKLIG HOB) I had to remove the oven, which did not bother your so called 'customer care' staff a whit. She did not check if i were pregnant, elderly, or disabled. I have contacted the EU on this matter and to top it all the technician still has not arrived to day. WHOM DO I BILL FOR THE HIGH COSTS OF EATING OUT BECAUSE THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT FROM YOU DOESN NOT WORK AND YOU HAVE FAILED TO REMEDY THIS.

my name is PanajiotisPapadopoulos and I am leaving in Greece. Because I was interested in buying the FRIHETEN corner sofa in Spring this year. For some reason I decided to buy it later at the end of Summer. So I went again to the store in Larissa (Greece) to buy it. Unfortunately the price rised up from 429 Euros in Spring to 479 at the end of August. This was a big suprise for and so I decided to look at the german IKEA CATALOG and comparing it with the greek CATALOG. The surprise was even bigger when I noticed that the FRIHETEN corner sofa costs in Germany 399 Euros and in Greece 479 Euros. Can you explain me please this 80 Euros big price difference ?

we have bought furniture from Riyadh ikea store. But when we opened the boxes at home. The table feets and some parts of one drawer are missing. We went to ikea store
and they told us they do not have them in store when we purched them. We coplained
to the Saudi ikea company many times and promised. But never do. How can they

We made order on line for two bathroom sinks an cabinet shelf. One of sinks arrived broken. That told us to wait about ten days and today we received very poorly packed, so long expected new sink. Broken. ????I am crying, IKEA. Our bathroom project is took excess of our time and money.
