I am ownwer of VENUE -SX deisel, delivery taken on 15th March 2024 and urea level indicated low with in drive 529 km, in this regard no one responed properly and not ready give proof for how much filled add blue by hyundai company, when they are sent dealer place. In infotain cluster indicates UREA LEVEL LOW, whether it is due to techinical reason or company people not filled full in tank. No one replied with proof of filled for the same. In this regard compliant raised on 18th March 2024 over mobile call and 19th March 2024 onwards sent whatsapp message, when he was not responded to my mobile call, after that they are tendering different words about ADD BLUE and one of customer care manager of M/s. Trident Automobiles (Blore) Pvt. Ltd. one, Lower Plalace Orchards, Sankey Road, Blore-560003 told me through phone call, it is filled by Hyundai Co., So here by request you to kindly send your report for know how much company filled ADD BLUE till today from 18th March 2024 no one justified.

Friends do not every buy #Hyundai Cars - Please spread the news. The quality of the products are too bad and they are cheating the customers – I bought Verna Fluidic SX (TN06K2940) within one year the car started to rust, when approached the company they told there is some batch problem in production so they will repaint and give it, but I insisted for replacement of the affected part. They replied that we have treated the metal and it will not rust hence forth if so you can come back to us we will replace and give you. I trusted the company and accepted their request – after a year again the same parts started to rust when approached the company they are telling that your warranty period is over so you are supposed to pay for it. Then they told as a special case they can bear 30% of the cost – what about the assurance that your company gave they dint have any answer for that, but started repeating the same old thing like a parrot. Please don’t buy Hyundai cars their quality poor.

Sir, I live in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, and a proud owner of Verna (Auto Transmission) Car and have a very genuine and reasonable request to make in regards to supply of a car.

My wife is an Arthritic Patient suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis for the last 18 years now.

I have got the above said Vehicle for our 25th Anniversary as gift to her.

But as she is an Arthritic Patient - having deformities in her Left Leg and due to circumstances., we are sincerely looking for a smaller car (Diesel) BUT with an Auto Transmission.

Having complete satisfaction and tremendous trust in the quality of Hyundai., we wish to request you to kindly oblige in arranging a smallest available diesel car with Auto Transmission, on a specific request from us in the best possible colour (preferably Red) Please.

My car- MH01AL631- broke down due to battery related issues during working hours on 22nd August 2013. I contacted the Service Advisor- Vinayak and Emergency Breakdown Services number of Sarayu Hundai @Sanpada, who promised me to come down within three hours to attend my car. I asked them, If I can get my car towed to the service station myself,but I was assured that the breakdown services will come and check the car. three DAYS HENCE, I AM STILL AWAITING THE CALL and NOBODY HAS BOTHERED TO ATTEND MY CAR or at least call me back. This has resulted in loss of business and reputation followed by mental agony and pain..Due to rime and space constraints I have not yet mentioned the problems I am still facing, after I got my car serviced earlier from Sarayu Hyundai Sanpada. Navi Mumbai..

Dear Sir,

I had chosen verna after using accent for long time...

But i think i made a wrong choice...

Why this shift...???

My car broke-down at 7:00pm so I registered my request with service request number 65057 at urs roadside assistance call centre number 18001024645...and was promised resolution within 60mins...however even after 60 mins...even after 90 mins...no body turned up till 11:00pm.

My frustration forced me to abuse your call centre staff...my apologies for them...its not them who are at fault its me the customer who must not have made a wrong choice to purchase verna...

I managed to tow my car to my house on my own...thanks for your extended prompt service...

Pray to god you never fall in such trouble while in verna...

Hope i had conveyed my message...my car...my beloved...verna need to be scrapped now...

my self latish Panjwani. I book car Hyundai elentra on nine th July. From Ritu Hyundai Kalyan Maharashtra. He promise to me he is give me delivery on two and August with out fail. Because two and August is our festival day. Now today on 26 July he told me two and August is not possible. And from continues I remind him for date every time he told me do not worry I give you delivery on time. I give full payment on 18 th August and from booking time I give him 50 thousand. Now you say what we do now he today he told me cancel the booking

This has reference to my Four Wheeler Verna (Registration Number UP32EU2753) given to Beeaar Hyundai / Chinhat Work shop / Lucknow against the Insurance Claim of front bumper work .
why 50% of the total amount should be paid by me then what is the fun of having Comprehensive Insurance and that too from a Company told by the Dealer for Cashless repairs, if any ( Future General attached to Hyundai Motors)
The Total Cost of the Part replaced (Front Bumper and Fog Light ) is Rs.2400.00 and 50% is Rs.1200.00 even if the depreciation
