Its been over a month that we have opened a case with Ikea (Vaughn) and have been given the runaround. We bought an Ikea sofa in 2019, barely four years later the cushions are lumpy and in some spots so sunken in that the frame hits the taailbone. We took the sofa cushions in to the store for assessment, and were told someone would get back. No one ever got back. Week after week I call and spend hours being given all sorts of ridiculous answers. The latest of which we are told its regular "wear and tear". Its funny how the recorded message tell you to be respectful to their towards co-workers, but think its acceptable to treat a paying customer any way that suits them. We have been loyal Ikea GLOBAL customers since 1990, and never had an issue with any product. Today, the agent on the live chat just left in the middle of a conversation. Where are the values, policies and ethics of Ikea?
