We do not want this vehicle, disappointed in FORD COMPANY. October 20th, 2016 we purchased, in good faith, a brand new 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. There appeared to be signs of water leaks on each side of the windshield. They assumed the sunroof had been left open We took them at their word. Picked up the new vehicle up on October 26th, 2016. FIRST TIME IN SHOP - Monday, October 31, 2016, the windshield was replaced and sunroof checked. Water problem apparently resolved. Picked car up later that day. SECOND TIME IN SHOP - NOVEMBER one, 2016. Vehicle still leaking. They did some repair on the front of the roof racks. Vehicle water tested and said it was okay. Got car back on November two, 2016 at about 7:30 pm. Rained all night. Water problem worse than ever. THIRD TIME IN SHOP - NOVEMBER four, 2016 Resealed roof racks from front to back. Apparently seals were missing. Manufacturers defect. Rust, mold and electronic problems will arise due to moisture.

They are giving horrible services to customers, who are paying large for their vehicles like garbage. I will NEVER buy a Ford again.
