Ms. Roja RaniDec 10, 2014
dear Sir,
I badly need one clarification related to legal aspect. A lady after delivery, came to her parents house from in-laws house. After that some misunderstandings were developed between these two families. Hence, the lady could not go to her in-laws house for two 1/2 years. After that she has gone to her husband's house. She stayed with him for six months. After that she has come to her parents house to attend her brother's marriage. After marriage she wanted to go to her husband again,, but meanwhile he has vacated the house and he has also filed a Divorce case under desertion on her stating that she is not with him for three years ( two 1/2 years six months) continuously. Sir, is it accepted. For divorce on desertion grounds, if two years gap is there, it can be given,, but after two years gap, she joined him. I request you to kindly give suitable clarification in this matter. Thanking you very much with kind regards. Yours faithfully, Roja Rani, Thumkur. Please reply quickly.
